Well located in Tepua, 2 km from the center of Uturoa in a quiet area, on a property of 4 apartments, we provide you with 3 apartments. Either a large house for 6 people, 1 chalet with the Poe studio for 4 people and the Rava Studio, a large independent room of 30 m² for 4 people. Nearby you will find a supermarket, a restaurant, playgrounds and access to the sea that will allow you to go to the motu easily. Bikes and kayaks available. The space The fully air-conditioned studio is very well located, guests can cycle to the city in 10 minutes or use the kayaks available to take a ride to the nearest "Motu". Nearby you will also find some small walking paths and children can enjoy playgrounds such as a basketball court and beach volleyball. For shopping, the nearest supermarket is only 600 m from the accommodation. Guest access The laundry area will be part of the common areas to be kept clean after use with respect for other guests. Bicycles, kayak and BBQ will be available free of charge but a spray of water will be requested if necessary after use. Other things to note Check-in is at 12 p.m. and check-out is at 10 a.m. A small breakfast set (coffee, powdered chocolate, tea, sugar, powdered milk) as well as basic spices (salt, pepper, oil) will be available to guests in addition to the house's amenities. "RESPECT FOR PLACES AND PEOPLE" is the key to a pleasant and friendly stay. The co-tenants of the house will therefore be required to clean and store the shared equipment on the terraces and garage such as tables, chairs, armchair and BBC... for YOURSELF and for the OTHER.😊 Finally, parties or noise that prevents the neighbors from resting will be prohibited in the accommodation.
