Inside you'll find new modern furnishings, in a bright spacious open concept kitchenette, dining room and living room. A 3 piece bathroom and 1 bedroom complete the unit. The space Open for business, long-term stays are welcome. This space is perfect for a working from home scenario. Internet and a color ink-jet printer are included for your use. Stunning views of a protected wetland provide plenty of serenity in a relaxing environment. The mattress in the bedroom has been refreshed with a brand-new high-end set as of July 26, 2022. Short-term rentals: Up to 4 adults may occupy the space. Minors are permitted to stay with adults. Maximum occupancy of 5 people total, including minors. Long-term rentals over 2 weeks: Maximum of 2 adults. Maximum occupancy of 5 people total, including minors. There is a shared laundry room that is available for your use ... with a little notice. The laundry is very conveniently located between the basement and upper suites. The shared laundry equipment and door handles are to be wiped down with disinfectant by both hosts and guests immediately after use. RIGID CLEANING PRACTICES between guests continue to be implemented by the hosts. Due to Covid-19, we’re taking extra care to disinfect frequently touched surfaces between reservations. ** For health safety reasons at this time, cleaning of the suite WHILE occupied and laundering of linens during your stay, will be the responsibility of the guest(s).** Guest access You will have dedicated use of the entire basement suite and the adjoining patio. Owners have sole access to two locked rooms in the space (storage room and furnace room), but will only access when necessary and will try to do so at a time that renters are not present. Prior notice will always be granted unless it is a matter of urgency The electrical panel is located in the bedroom right beside the bed and it is possible that the owner MAY need to access the panel from time to time (i.e. in the case where a circuit has been overloaded and flips off). Other things to note Winter access to the basement entrance is kept clear. Caution is advised during winter months as ice may form and the access is moderately sloped. For longer term rentals in the winter, the renter is kindly asked to keep their path from the driveway through the side yard and to the basement entrance passable for their own safety. A snowblower is available to make the job easier. Camera Disclosure: Owners suite has recording cameras. The front and side yards may be recorded. Lower and Upper suite entrances have exterior doorbells with built-in cameras, they record motion. The lower patio camera is used solely to view the yard if something unexpected occurs.
