Loft Mar is one of the independent studios of Villas Luz, a Private Condominium that is 80 meters from Tatuamunha beach, on the Ecological Route of Miracles, Alagoas. Loft Mar is on the 2nd floor, with access via 1 flight of stairs. Air-conditioned suite with king-size bed, living room, American kitchen and balcony. Our guests can enjoy the entire shared area of the complex, including a large swimming pool with sun loungers, garden, gazebo, outdoor shower, and gourmet area where breakfast is served. The space Loft (studio) with balcony, split air conditioning, Wi-Fi, Smart TV and kitchen. Our complex has 1,800m² exclusively for our guests with several rest areas and a lot of contact with nature, being only 80 meters from one of the most beautiful beaches of the Ecological Route of Miracles. Our houses and lofts have all the necessary items for a great stay, including hammocks, beach chairs, coller and sun umbrellas. We offer a complete trousseau for all guests, with a change of bed linens every 5 days for reservations longer than 7 nights. We have a support team present daily for most of the day. Guest access We have a beautiful swimming pool with a shower, sun loungers, chairs, gardens and 2 gazebos where our guests can enjoy their leisure and rest. Other things to note Each of our lofts accommodates up to 2 adults. We do not receive children or pets in our lofts, only in our homes. Visitors are not allowed in our lofts, nor are photographs and/or commercial filming. Our entire complex/condominium is a non-smoking space. We have a support team during business hours. The daily rates include breakfast served in the gourmet space of the complex and, by prior appointment, daily housekeeping of the suites' beds and bathrooms. We provide bed and bath linens and 1 pool towel per guest, which will be changed free of charge every 5 nights for reservations of more than 7 nights. After the cancellation deadline, the host will contact you to provide further information and the condominium's internal regulations.
