The house is close to the beach, restaurants and all of Juquehy's shops, on a safe and quiet street. It is friendly, clean, well maintained and easy to maintain, ideal for families. The space The house is on the ground floor, 80 meters from the beach, you don't need to take a car to do anything of interest. It has a large backyard with barbecue, an en-suite with a double bed, a bedroom with two single beds, a bedroom with a double bed and a bathroom. All with air-conditioning and fan. The kitchen is complete with pots, plates, glasses, cutlery, the living room has 2 sofas, a television and a dining table. Guest access The parking lot can accommodate 3 medium-sized cars. Other things to note We do not offer Linens (sheets, towels and pillows). We only accept SMALL pets, preferably cuddly, for a small extra fee.
