This residence is a typical old Buenos Aires mansion and is attended by its owner Gaby. We want you to feel at home!! The place is very bright and quiet, ideal for resting, reading or studying. This loft has a private bathroom and a small kitchen equipped with everything you need. We are located twelve blocks from the Obelisk; one block from San Telmo, twenty blocks from Caminito (La Boca neighborhood) and 11 blocks from Puerto Madero. Guest access This is a horizontal property, so if you come loaded, get ready to do gymnastics 🏋️‍♂️🏋️‍♀️ We have a living room, bathrooms and equipped kitchens (water and natural gas 24 hours a day) wifi and laundry service for a fee. Other things to note This loft can also be booked for fewer guests, the price is automatically adjusted when booking. It's ideal for couples with children, theater groups, musicians, or friends.
