Our homestay is a three-bedroom apartment in Park Hill Premium, the newest building in the complex. This listing is for 01 Master bedroom with private bathroom and a 180x200cm bed from one night up to half-yearly stay, (maximum of 02 guests). You will share common areas of the apartment with other guests, such as the living-room with balcony laundry area and kitchen. We offer guests: 01 Master bedroom with private bathroom and 180x200cm bed; 01 Double bedroom with shared bathroom and 160x200cm bed; 01 Double bedroom with shared bathroom and 140x190cm bed from one night up to half-yearly stay. Guest access You can use your Master bedroom with your own private bathroom and share common spaces with other guests such as living-room and kitchen.. Welcome to Park 12 Homestay in lovely Hanoi! 🌸 Before you settle in, please take a moment to read these cozy house rules. They're here to make sure everyone has a fantastic stay: ****** 🕑 Check-in & Check-out: Please stick to our check-in (2:00 PM) and check-out (11:00 PM) times. **** In order to ensure a smooth check-in process for you, please let us know your estimated arrival time so we can make necessary arrangements. *** Please be awared that a security deposit fee in cash or Vietnamese bank transfer of 1,000,000 VND will be required upon check-in and returned after your check-out completed. ** The receptionist on the ground floor works for the building, not for our homestay. Please take a seat in the lounge area and contact the Host to check-in. *Check-in time is from 14:00 to 19:00. If you want to check-in late, there'll be a fee of 50,000VND (from 19:00 to 23:00) or 100,000 VND (after 23:00). Early check-in (before 14pm) will be charged with a fee of 50,000 VND for each hour early (subject to availability). Note: If you only book for one or two bedrooms (not the entire three-bedroom-apartment), please lock your bedroom door, take care of your personal belongings and share the common areas with other guests (including the living-room, kitchen, shared-bathroom (except the Master bedroom that its has private bathroom)). Please inform Park12 right after you check-in and out (in case of self-check-in/out)! 🧼 Clean Kitchen: After whipping up something delicious, please tidy the kitchen and take out the trash before you go. 🛋️ Furniture Love: Our furniture is like family – please no rearranging! And be gentle with our amenities, too. 🔑 Lost Keys: Uh-oh! If a key and card go missing, it's a 200,000 VND reunion fee. 🚪 Security First: Close windows, lock doors, and switch off lights and gadgets when you head out. 🎉 Party Time?: Let's chat first if you're planning a soirée. No surprises! 🐾 Pet-Free Zone: Furry friends will have to wait for cuddles elsewhere. 🚭 No Smoking: Our air is pure and clean – no puffing indoors, please. 👟 Shoe-Free Zone: Leave your shoes at the door – our floors love to be barefoot-friendly. 🍽️ No Food in Beds: Keep snacks in the kitchen – our beds are for dreaming, not dining. 🌙 Quiet Hours: After 10:00 PM, let's keep it serene for everyone's sweet dreams. 🚫 Guest Policy: Only registered guests over 18, please – safety first! 🚫 No: Illegal stuff? Don't play "surprise" style! 🐾 House-no pets: The furry bosses will have to wait for Sen to serve somewhere else. 🚭 No smoking: The air needs to be fresh – so please don't release the smoke. 👟 House-fed: Remember to take off your shoes before entering the house – Go barefoot for cool or clean up in the shoe cabinet. 🍽️ Don't eat in bed: Eat and drink in the kitchen and dining table.– the bed is for dreaming, not for years 🌙 Quiet hours: After 10pm, create a calm atmosphere to go into beautiful dreams. 🚫 Only welcome guests at the age of 18 – Safety is the first. 🚫 NO: Prohibited?
