The LOFT is the first level of Villa Kai-Kai (full accommodation available on Airbnb). It's a cheaper option for guests traveling as a couple or in smaller groups. The size is ideal for 2 adults and 4 children, maximum. THE SECOND LEVEL CANNOT BE USED AND WILL BE LOCKED! Located in the best area of the city, the exclusive Marina de Ixtapa, steps from the yachts, the property is part of a set of 16 villas where a beautiful pool is shared. The space The Loft in Villa Kai-kai is fully equipped with 1 bedroom (all rooms have air conditioning) plus in the living room there are 2 futons that are made into double beds to accommodate 4 children. It faces the Marina and offers a spectacular view of Ixtapa's yachts and hotels. There is a kitchen with all the necessary utensils (stove, oven, blender, coffee maker, etc.), 1 full bathroom, living-dining room, terrace with bar and outdoor living room. On the ground floor is the laundry room with a dryer and washer, the LOFT is on level 1. The second level will be locked, IT CANNOT BE USED. If you need the second level, you must make the reservation in the publication of the entire villa with the name "Villa Kai-Kai" in Marina Ixtapa Zihuatanejo. In the common area there is a beautiful swimming pool with a splash pad area surrounded by large palm trees, and surrounded by lush gardens. The condominium has an administrator, gardeners, 2 booths with security guards and CCTV cameras. !!No rentals to young groups!! Up to 2 cars can be parked in space number 7 of the parking lot located at the top of the complex. To go down there are stairs and a ramp. The Villa is number 7. Other things to note 1. Beach The beach is located near the villa about 500 meters walking around the Marina, or there are more beaches nearby by car. 2. Internet The house has wifi in the living room, dining room and terrace. It has a very good signal. 3. Television We have DISH TV service on both TVs. 4. Transportation The rental does not include transportation from the airport to the villa. However, we can help you arrange the pick-up or if you call the administration they can order a taxi for you. Inside the condo there is a golf cart to lower and raise luggage.
