The space On a living area of 61 m², three adults and one toddler up to two years (in a crib) will find enough space for a relaxing vacation on the Szczecin Lagoon on Usedom. This spacious holiday apartment is located on the second floor (elevator available) of the building number 3a built in 2023 and has many accessible features. The open plan living area is equipped with a corner sofa, smart TV and music system. You have access to the southwest balcony from the living room. The balcony, equipped with seating, offers a beautiful place to enjoy your meals and admire the views with fantastic views of the park. The kitchenette has high-quality appliances such as a stove, coffee machine, oven, refrigerator with freezer compartment and dishwasher. Plenty of dishes, cutlery as well as pots and pans are in the cabinets. At the dining table, you will find breakfast together before a relaxing day of vacation. Restful sleep is guaranteed in high quality double bed (180x200cm). In the bedroom is another TV. The sofa bed in the living room can be converted into a bed in no time (lying area: 120 x 200 cm). For a pleasant sleeping comfort, a topper is provided as a sleeping pad. The fully equipped bathroom has a walk-in shower, toilet, washbasin and hairdryer. The living rooms and bedrooms can be completely darkened by external blinds. There is insect repellent on the windows. A car parking space in front of the holiday home is available free of charge. More parking spaces can be requested. A public charging station for electric cars is within walking distance 500 meters. The Wi-Fi network (max. 16 Mbps) you can use free of charge. Far from the hustle and bustle of public wellness facilities, you will find the peace you have earned in the attic of the house on 190 m². Relax in the in-house, free wellness area with three saunas. Enjoy the clear Baltic Sea air on the large adjacent roof terrace. Your children can look forward to the versatile leisure area (390 m²) in the basement of the neighboring house (No. 3) with table tennis, air hockey, play corner and foosball table, which does not let you get bored even on "bad weather days". Adults can find compensation at the pool table or in the cozy lounge corner with a good book or music in their ear. The active vacationers will get their money's worth in the spacious, light-flooded gym, where the range of high-quality brand sports equipment, including various cardio equipment, a multifunctional power station and dumbbell benches allows for individual training. In the basement of the neighboring house, all guests of the house have two washing machines and two dryers at their disposal. When the weather is nice, your children can eat out to their heart's content on the newly designed playground. Information for guests with mobility restrictions: Access from the parking lot to the house entrance is accessible. The distance from the parking to the front door is about 30 meters. The width of the front door is 100 cm. The sealing threshold of the front door is about 1.5 cm high. The elevator in the stairwell approaches each floor, including the sauna area upstairs. The door width of the elevator is 90 cm, the depth is 130 cm. The apartment door has a width of 90 cm. The widths of the room doors are 80 cm (exception: door width from the storage room and bathroom is 70 cm). In the bathroom, the width of the shower door is about 120 cm, the tightness threshold is about 0.5 cm high. On request, a shower stool can be provided free of charge. The vanity can be driven under. Handles are not provided. The bed has a height of 50 cm and is not bookable. The balcony door is double wing and has a threshold of about 15 cm (not accessible). The newly built "Haffresidenz" is located in one of the quietest areas of the Baltic Sea island of Usedom in the immediate vicinity of the Stettiner Haff Nature Park. Gently surrounded by the fragrant pine forest, further cliff landscape and mysterious moors, your vacation starts in the middle of nature. Nature lovers are welcome guests and enjoy the many protected landscape areas that Usedom has to offer. In addition to the renowned villages such as the Kaiserbad Heringsdorf or the Seeheilbad Ahlbeck, the island consists of many romantic places and village communities where you can end the evening in one of the romantic seafood restaurants. During the day, in addition to nature, sporting and cultural offerings such as golf, water sports and interesting museums. The fine sandy Usedomer Baltic Sea beach can be reached via the well-known imperial baths, which are eight kilometers away from us and a maximum of 15 minutes by car. The Korswandt golf course is 5 kilometers away. In the immediate vicinity is the quaint fishing village of Kamminke with its beach on the Haff coast. We highly recommend the open-air restaurant on the harbor for a good fish kitchen and a place in front of breathtaking sunsets.
