Perezoso Villa is an loft style industrial home with two story doors that open to the jungle and gardens in front of the structure. The house uses many elements from the surrounding jungle and beaches as interior design pieces. It has a lofted bedroom, two full bathrooms (no tubs) a generous kitchen space, dining area, mobile living room, a work station, and a large observation deck at the front.
