The space We have a brand-new Central Air and Heater UNIT installed 2024. So excited about having it available for each of our guest stay. Everything in this home is Brand new. It's a traditional build with all the living towards the front of the house and all the bedrooms and bath at the back of the house. We like it this way because it brings everyone closer. It has a feel like comfort to be close to one another. The space has Three Bedrooms, Living Room, Kitchen, Laundry Room and Two Bathrooms: Main Bedroom: King Bed and a 42-inch tv that has the ability to be connected to your own personal account with aps. This also has a closet with extra blankets and a full bathroom with shower. 2nd Bedroom: Queen Bed with a closet. This room shares a bathroom in the hallway. 3rd Bedroom: 2 Twins with a 42-inch tv that has the ability to be connected to your own personal account with aps. The closet in this room is locked and has sheets and extra supplies stored inside. There is also a desk in this room. Kitchen: The kitchen is fully remodeled and has a really nice island that sits two. There is also a dining table that sits 4. We supply coffee, sugar, cream, some basic cleaning supplies and trash bags. We toss all extra food and spices. Living Room: There is an 80 inch's tv, Wi-Fi that connects to most aps. We do have cable TVs. Spectrum service. We have excellent internet. There are two large sofas and two recline chairs in this front room. We have books and some playing board games. Laundry Room: Wash - Dryer -(New Appliances) Bathrooms: 3 / CAL King, Queen, 2 Twin beds. Two bathrooms one in the MASTER bedroom / Shower & tub and the other is in the hallway/Shower. Also 2 new tv in bedrooms Decks: 1 Large Deck with outdoor seating and lights. It is a very peaceful setting. 1 mile to EDGE-WOOD Golf, 1.4 miles to Casinos, 2 miles to Heavenly Village where the gondola you can take up to the top of mt. Tulloch 9,735 ft hi, for hiking Restaurants & sight-seeing or Skiing. Garage: Not to be used. Sorry Guest access ADDRESS: 117 Sequoia Drive Stateline NV 89449 This is the whole residence. Other things to note The Front Door access on heavy snow days might need to be shoveled to get in late at night. Snow shoveler comes by to clear the front walkway and driveway when there is 6 or more inches. We also have a snow removal company for our driveway. They come when there's more than 6". RESTAURANTS: Edgewood is a golf course and 5-star resort. They have 2 places to eat and it’s on the water and this place is simply our family's favorite. Absolutely gorgeous views. Less than a mile. Chart House is another restaurant we Love. It's a sea food restaurant but we go there for their Prime Rib. Exceptional service and stunning sunsets. Less than a mile from our house.
