Other things to note Please note: We are not a hotel. You rent houses from us for your stay. We do not have a reception desk. Check-in and check-out occurs independently. We also do not have attendants or porters. Houses 1-5 have stairs leading to them. You can see the photos. When choosing a house to live in, take this into account. It may not suit you. Houses 6-7 are close to the road and you can hear bikes and cars passing by. Consider this before booking if it is important to you. Cleaning is done once every 5 days. If you require additional cleaning, change of towels or bed linen, please let us know. You are on a tropical island inhabited by a variety of fauna. Sometimes you may encounter a gecko, spider, ants or other insects inside your home. This is normal, as the house is not hermetically sealed. During cleaning, we remove all insects if there are any. But they can return. That is why we have an insect repellent in each house that you can use yourself if necessary. Please note. We do not keep animals near our homes. Any animals you may encounter do not belong to us. Any interactions with flora and fauna are your own responsibility. All our houses are equipped with safes. According to the house rules, we are not responsible for valuables, money, securities, jewelry and other things left outside the safe. Thanks for understanding. That we are located in a tourist area. Although there are no entertainment areas in the immediate vicinity of the resort, you may occasionally hear music. It can be noisy due to our neighbors' construction work. We can't influence this. During this period we offer reduced prices for accommodation. We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause. We remind you that we have non-refundable booking rates. We warn customers in advance about possible nuances that may not suit you. If any of the points do not suit you, you can cancel the reservation within 24 hours after it was made or at least 4 weeks before arrival.
