The house is newly built, has private car parking, 2 complete bedrooms, each with bathroom and dressing room. Has a large integrated kitchen/ living room with wood burning stove and a deck facing a green backyard. The space You will be welcomed and cared for by the home managers and housekeepers Federico and Elena, who live nearby and speak Spanish and English. It is ideal for those who want to enjoy relaxing walks in dazzling sunsets (photos) along the banks of the Rio de la Plata, and slowly stroll through old streets lined with old plátano trees in a city whose Historic District was declared a World Heritage (UNESCO, 1995), for its preservation, beauty and historical importance. That historic treasure is a few minutes walking (50 min along the sunbathed Rambla costanera), biking (15 min), or by bus (5 min). Guest access The house is offered entirely for the exclusive use of guests (maximum 6 people). Stepless access to the main entrance. The kitchen has all the comforts to enjoy a relaxing holiday. It has air conditioning (hot and cold), blackout curtains in the rooms and mosquito nets on all windows.
