Our room is very spacious, bright and with an en-suite bathroom which will give you total privacy during your stay in our house. The single king size bed is new! And a ceiling fan that would let you sleep peacefully on hot summer nights. We are two, mother and son, Sylvia and Nick, and our beloved cats Arca and Jonhny who are the kings of the house. You can watch TV in the living room and even play Play 4 with Nick. We also have a small garden where you can rest in the hammock where you can rest. We will offer you a simple breakfast with a variety of teas, coffee and milk as well as cookies, cereal and fruit. The house is located in a closed, safe and quiet neighborhood in the west area of the city of Sao Paulo with easy access to the Marginal Pinheiros and Tieté as well as the Rodoanel and Alphaville. An oasis in the giant Sao Paulo Five minutes from USP, University of Sao Paulo, and 15 minutes from one of the city's many business areas. We also have 3 large shopping centers and 400 meters from a commercial area where there are several restaurants, bars, pizzerias, hairdressers, dry cleaning, shops, bank, etc. In front of the house there is a square equipped with gym equipment where you can exercise and get to know the neighbors and how to be and think of the Paulists.
