Private room, with single bed, desk, wi-fi, closet and air conditioning. Very bright in a shared apartment only with me. The apartment is very conveniently located, a few blocks from the Bulnes subway station and Alto Palermo Shopping. It's one of the safest and quietest areas in Buenos Aires, close to tourist centers, bars, restaurants, universities, museums, etc. Guest access The room is private but common areas such as the living-dining room, kitchen, balcony, laundry room and bathroom are shared. Other things to note After booking, please contact me to coordinate check-in, as I do not have fixed hours due to my work. For security reasons, after making the reservation, an ID (passport or ID) will be requested through the platform.
