The apartment is located in the very central via Faenza, has two double bedrooms with divisible beds and one of the two bedrooms has a private bathroom with shower (without bidet) and a single bedroom. A second bathroom for common use also has a bidet as well as a shower. There is also a living room with dining table, TV, sofas and kitchenette equipped with gas hob, fridge, freezer, normal oven, microwave oven. There is no dishwasher.
