BABY EQUIPMENT FOR HIRE For safety & hygiene reasons, we recommend our preferred Baby Hire companies for all your equipment needs during your stay. Please reach out for further information if required. LONG STAYS All stays 28+ nights must have at least one mid-stay cleaning service a month at an additional cost. This allows for our team to periodically clean, maintain, and inspect the property. This is non-negotiable. Please contact us if you'd like to make custom arrangements depending on how frequently you would like this service. AFFILIATION WITH RECEPTION & BUILDING CONCIERGE Where your property is located in a building with staff, please be advised that we are in no way affiliated with the operations of the building. Reception staff, building concierge and/or management will be unable to assist you with your booking in ANY capacity including baggage storage and key collection/drop off. Please contact us EXCLUSIVELY if you need to discuss your booking. APARTMENT WINDOW CLEANING Window cleaning is the Owner's Corporation responsibility. They manage these services according to a set schedule. Unfortunately, we have no control over the state of the external windows at all and apologise in advance if you happen to book at a time where they are in a state that requires cleaning. To ensure your privacy during scheduled window cleaning, we kindly ask that blinds be drawn in areas where cleaners may be working outside.
