ADDITIONAL CLEANING POLICY: •⁠ ⁠To ensure we maintain the property's high standards and maximise guest experience, we require cleaning and linen changeovers for long-term bookings (14+ nights stay). •⁠ ⁠This changeover will usually happen every 14 days and will be at an additional cost to the guest. •⁠ ⁠During the time of the clean, guest are advised to vacate the property during the time of the clean & give access to the cleaner. This is due to health & safety purposes. •⁠ ⁠In order to maintain the property the guest MUST understand & comply with 14 day cleaning change over. This is a necessity to maintain hygiene & highest quality standards. Failure to allow this to happen WILL result the guest being charged for failed clean attempt. •⁠ ⁠Damaged to the linen & towels (including stains by Fake tans, makeup etc.) could result in additional charges or a deduction to your deposit. Other things to note **We are happy to provide airport pick up and drop off for additional price. **No Pets Allowed: We have a strict no-pet policy. **No Parties or Events: Parties, events or gatherings of any kind are not allowed on the premises. We live next door (we had a bad experience so we are very careful and wanting to know people in advance that partying doesn't go with this house) :) **No Smoking Indoors: Smoking is prohibited inside the flat. **No Illegal Activities: Engaging in illegal activities on the premises is strictly prohibited. **Quiet Hours: Quiet hours are from 10PM to 8AM. Please be mindful of other guests and our neighbours during these times. **Registered Guests Only: Only registered guests are allowed on the property. The person who booked must be present during check-in and throughout the stay. **Key Management: Please take care of the keys provided. Lost keys will result in a replacement fee. **Respect the Space: We ask that all guests treat our home with care. If you have any questions or concerns, please reach out to us. **We do professionally dry clean all our bed sheets and towels. We do not iron our sheets.
