Welcome to the "OBX Treehouse," only steps away from the most beautiful stretch of beach in the Outer Banks north of Avon's pier. Explore all of the great restaurants, shops, activities, and bars nearby. The house has 2 bedrooms, 1 full bathroom, 1 half bathroom, and an outdoor shower. Enjoy the 55” 4K Smart TV and new upper deck where you can watch the sunrise over the ocean and sunset over the sound. The space The “OBX Treehouse” (name inspired by young boy walking to beach who complimented us on our “treehouse”) is only steps from one of the nicest/most protected sections of beaches in OBX north of the pier in Avon. It is also a short walk/bike ride to everything you need such as several restaurants and bars, grocery store, live music, spa, gym/fitness classes, outdoor yoga, fish and tackle, general/beach stores, wine/beer and liquor, the pier, family activities etc. Our cozy tree house has two bedrooms (master with queen bed and a guest room with full/twin bunk bed as well as a queen pullout sofa and queen size air mattress in the living room if you need an extra bed or 2). The living room has a 55” 4K Smart TV and the new upper deck is perfect for watching the deer run by in the morning, the pelicans fishing in the afternoon, the dolphins and whales swimming by at sunset, and the stars at night. There is one full bathroom upstairs and one half bathroom as well as an outdoor shower and laundry room on ground level. Guest access You have access to the entire property and of course the entire beach only steps away from the deck. There are paths right from the driveway next to the deck or you can take the public access at the end of the street which is a wooden boardwalk for most of the path until you get to the dunes. Parking spaces are next to the stairs and along the roped in area protecting the septic system.
