● The 30m2 apartment is located in G3 Building - Vinhomes Green Bay, No. 7 Thang Long Boulevard, Me Tri Ward, Nam Tu Liem District, Hanoi City, Vietnam - opposite the National Convention Center ● The apartment is fully furnished with modern furniture, only 30 minutes to the airport or the old town, 10 minutes to My Dinh bus station ● Inside the building there are amenities such as Gym, restaurants, coffee shops, convenient stores, drugstores. ● You are free to travel 24/7 with the elevator card and door opening code we provide The space ● The apartment has a large bed with a window overlooking the city, with soft bedding and air conditioning, giving you a good and deep sleep ● You will be welcomed with coffee, tea and mineral water. We also prepare slippers for indoors, full of shampoo, shower gel, hand wash, towels, hair dryer, iron for clothes. ● The kitchen is fully stocked with basic spices, rice, dining table, bowls, pots, kettle, rice cooker, microwave, refrigerator so you can prepare your own meals like at home. ● We have a washing machine and laundry detergent, a smart drying rack, a clothes hanger, and an iron, so you can do your own laundry. ● You can use free wifi and smart TV with full HD netflix for your relaxation ● If you need additional laundry, apartment cleaning, airport transfers, please contact us for more information. Fees are charged separately Guest access ● Guests can use the gym on the 2nd floor for free (please register with us for assistance), outdoor fitness equipment, children's playground, rest hut and benches scattered around the Vinhomes Green Bay area. ● The swimming pool is only available for residents who take 3-5 days to register, so it is only suitable for long-term guests. If you stay for 15 days or more, we will assist you in making a resident card to use the swimming pool (you will pay the cost of making the card in addition to the room price, with a small amount) ● You can jog around the lake or on the Green Bay campus with fresh air with an 8-hectare internal lake. Other things to note Other things to note: - You can drop off your bags early after 12 noon, during the apartment cleaning. - If you need any information about the tour, please do not hesitate to contact me.
