Built on the slope of Sivota Bay in Lefkada, 2S Villas have been designed to offer an irresistible view of the turquoise waters of the Ionian Sea and the traditional village. They are new villas, completed in 2021 and were rented in 2022 for the first time. Each villa is divided in three levels, fully air-conditioned. With oak wooden floor and stairs. Ground floor has a fully equipped kitchen, a grand living-room and one master bedroom which include a double bed and a private bathroom. Outside there is a grande balcony with a panoramic view of the Sivota bay and the Ionian sea under the wonderful sunlight or beautiful night starry sky. On the lowest level, which is bathed in day light, there is a large space with another fully equipped kitchen, a big bedroom with 2 single beds that can be converted into a king size bed, a playroom, a private bathroom, a fitness center in separate area and also washer and dryer area. Outside each villa, there is a private, 50m2, infinity, salty water, swimming pool which includes a jacuzzi. Deepest point at 2.4m, lowest depth at 1.1m and decking all around the pool area. The parking area of the villas is very spacious and easily accessible. Guest access HOW TO GET TO SIVOTA – LEFKADA Lefkada is connected to the mainland with a bridge, so it is easily accessible by car. There are many different ways to get to Sivota from any location on the island. Lefkada Town to Sivota: 30 km / 18.6 miles VIP transfers: by our B-SUV car for 3-4 persons, by prior arrangement. Private transfers: We recommend using an online pre-booked Lefkada transfer service, which provides transfer by taxi, minibus or private VIP car and arranging a pickup directly from Aktion/Preveza airport. Alternatively, there’s the option of arranging a pickup by a local taxi driver, or book your taxi online. Car rental: Τhere’s the option of renting a car in Lefkada and pick it up directly from the Aktion/Preveza airport. Using a car rental allows visitors to discover Sivota and many other places of interest in Lefkada at their own pace. Public transfers: The central bus station of the island is located at Lefkada Town. There are few buses from Lefkada Town to Sivota during the day. Consider that time schedules might change according to the season. Check the official timetables here. Tip: Since buses don’t always stop in every scheduled stop of their itinerary, our advice to visitors is to inform the driver about their final destination, so that he makes a stop there. Other things to note * We are sorry but smoking inside the villas is not allowed. The villas are non-smoking. The guests have chosen them especially for this reason and in no case should there be a smell of smoke inside the villas.
