Vintage House Kolocep

Kolocep is a small, car - free island located just 7 miles from harbour Gruz on the mainland. There are two settlements with sandy beaches. The island covers the area of only about three square kilometres. The house, over 300 years old, was recently renovated. (2024). During the renovation, the original stone walls were preserved, evoking a sense of ancient times. It's a perfect blend of vintage charm and modern amenities, featuring an a / c unit in every room. Guest access the whole house and the outdoor space are available to them Other things to note The property is only accessible by boat. Please kindly advise us arrival time 48 hours in advance. Tickets for public ferry boat can be bought only in advance on your own via application. Self check - in can be organized and we will send detailed instructions prior to your arrival.
