If you’re looking for a clean, stylish, and beautifully curated location to stay while in paradise, welcome home! Brand new 6 person hot tub installed, which will be sure to provide endless relaxation. But it gets better, the entire interior is thoughtfully designed to make sure your stay is comfortable and stylish. The home is a spacious open concept floor plan. The kitchen has all of the essentials and is a dream to cook in. It boasts three spacious bedrooms, each with a King bed. There are also two separate living room areas each equipped with smart TVs and comfortable seating. FAMILY FRIENDLY: For your convenience, we also provide the essentials for your little ones like a crib and high chair, if needed. The hot tub has protective covering for added safety. This home is the ideal place to create fun memories and an unforgettable vacation. Please be mindful of our neighbors. You are in residential and historic neighborhood, please keep outside noise at a reasonable level during your stay. Please keep exterior clean and do not leave trash outside. Unreasonably loud noise is prohibited! Any sound that crosses a property line at an unreasonably loud volume is unlawful within the city; as per the City Noise Ordinance, Chapter 100 of the Hollywood Code of Ordinances and a violation of rental agreement. We live here, we love it here, and we want you to thoroughly enjoy this home, but not at the expense of upsetting our neighbors! Please no pool use after 11:30pm, as to avoid exterior noises that disrupt the neighbors. Guest access Guests have full access to the entire home and amenities. Only the garage area is locked and not accessible as it is used for storage. Other things to note Trash: Our city recycling bins and trash bins are located on the exterior of our our fence in the rear service road. In order to dispose of trash in outdoor bins please open the gate on the fence near the hot tubs to access the service road.
