The area is close to important attractions such as the Terme Segestane and is ideal for outdoor activities such as bouldering and kitesurfing. The location is also particularly convenient for travellers: the Vincenzo Florio airport in Marsala is only 20 minutes away, while the Falcone e Borsellino airport in Palermo can be reached in about 45 minutes. The space The farmhouse is located in a strategic area for exploring the beauty of Sicily: nearby are Segesta, the enchanting medieval village of Erice, the port for excursions to the Egadi Islands, Castellammare del Golfo and, about an hour away, Mazara del Vallo, Palermo and San Vito Lo Capo. All essential services are easily accessible in a few minutes by car: just 5 minutes from the property, you will find bars, a pharmacy, an on-call medical service, a supermarket, a pizzeria and other shops for basic necessities. The property consists of three independent apartments, furnished with care and equipped with every comfort. Each apartment can accommodate up to four people and consists of a double bedroom, a double sofa bed, a fully equipped kitchen and a bathroom. Two of the apartments also have a small private access to the outdoor patio, perfect for relaxing outdoors surrounded by nature. The farmhouse has a very well-kept outdoor space, ideal for spending time relaxing. Guests can also make use of the outdoor swimming pool located in the common area, a perfect place to cool off on the hottest days, sunbathe and enjoy the tranquillity of the surrounding countryside. The washing machine, located in a common area, can be used on request at a fee to be agreed directly with the owner. A cot can be provided on request at no extra charge. Pets are allowed with a supplement of 20 euros.
