Well located in the center of Samara and 200 m from the beach, our spacious house, perfect for relaxing holidays. The house has a garden with private pool and bbq to unwind after a sunny day. All the comfort you need: a fully equipped kitchen, AC (in bedrooms), WIFI, TV and washing machine The space is well-kept with local charm. 2 bedrooms, one with a king bed (bathroom en-suite), one with two twin beds. Restaurant, bars, cafes and supermarkets are in walking distance. The space The pool and garden will be completely PRIVATE during your stay. The house very well located as it is close to all activities but in a quiet street with little traffic. The beach is 200 m away, bars and restaurants the same or even less. There are 2 individual twin cabins with private bathrooms that you can book additionally to accommodate a group of 8 (see my profile). These cabins have a separate entrance. Guest access The property is secure, and you will access the property through main gate and then after the house thought its private main entrance. Other things to note ❗️Please note: There is scheduled construction on a neighboring property starting end Feb 2027 While we don’t expect constant disruption, guests may experience intermittent noise during daytime hours.
