This townhome unit of our inn (the Hop & Vine Inn), is perfect for 3-6 guests who'd like a private kitchen & living room in addition to 2 bedrooms and 1.5 baths, and it includes a Continental breakfast. In addition to your townhome unit, enjoy the shared spaces: Indoor heated pool with 1ft deep kiddie pool, dining room games, sunroom, living room, playground, sand volleyball, fire pit, & large backyard. Your unit also has a patio with picnic table! The space Continental breakfast served every day. Your townhome is accessed by your private entrance. The ground floor includes a living room with TV, twin sofabed, full kitchen (with all cookware & utensils ), full bath, & a door to your backyard patio & picnic table. The 2nd floor includes 2 bedrooms & a full bath. This unit is located on 2 floors. Your kitchen includes: Fridge/freezer, stove/oven, microwave, sink, dishes, utensils, bakeware, & cookware. You'll find a gas fireplace in the living room. We are happy to light it, or leave it unlit. Up to you! Guest access Enjoy the shared guest spaces at our inn: Indoor heated pool with 1-foot deep kiddie pool, dining room with loads of board games to borrow, sunroom, living room with puzzle table, and spacious yard with 2 firepits, picnic tables & chairs, gas grills, play structure, swings, yard games, hammocks, & sand volleyball. The weekends are great around all the Michigan beach towns, but a little unknown tip is to vacation here on the WEEKDAYS to avoid the crowds! Summer weekdays are never boring in Saugatuck, Douglas, & Fennville. FennValley Vineyards hosts family-friendly free live music every Thursday evening, as does Virtue Cider, and the Felt Mansion! The beaches have more parking & more room to spread out. The restaurants have the same incredible food, but less wait time. Boat & sand dune tours have more availability, so you can choose the perfect time to go. Other things to note Continental breakfast served every day. - Smoking or burning ANY substance indoors is NOT allowed and will incur a $400 fine. Be respectful of the other guests on the property & the owners (we live here). As far as noise/music, as long as it can't be heard outside of your unit after 9PM, it's all good. We welcome couples, families, friends, retreats, family reunions, & anyone with a smile on their face!
