The natural pools and still waters of Praia do Sossego, the beauty of Praia de Enseada dos Golfinhos and the beautiful sunset of Praia do Pontal. The house is cozy and welcoming. All photos are up to date so that the guest knows exactly what they will find in the house. Everything will be ready to welcome your family and friends! The house is all plastered, consisting of: Living room with sofa, smart TV, sound system, rack and fan. Kitchen with inverter refrigerator, water cooler, Consul cooktop, Consul gas oven, wooden table with tempered glass top, 2 cabinets with all the necessary utensils for short and long stays, including: blender, Airfry, coffee maker, sandwich maker, dishes, glasses, pots, pressure cooker, baking sheets, cutlery, acrylic Gin and wine glasses, wine glasses, etc. Bedroom 1 equipped with double bed, air conditioning, 32” smart TV, pillows, two closets, bag rack, home office space with tempered glass desk top, Detroit President chair, useful charging station for charging Smartwatch, tablets and other compatible devices, lamp, ceiling fan and laundry basket. Bedroom 2 equipped with a double bed, single bed, pillows, 1 closet, air conditioning, ceiling fan, laundry basket. The double beds will be made and ready to welcome guests. On the terrace (balcony) there will be a table with 4 plastic chairs and a hammock, for the convenience of guests in the leisure area. Towels, soaps, shampoo and other personal products will have to be brought by guests. The house has a service area, where the guest can wash and hang their clothes, with an aluminum floor clothesline, and a two-sink sink for washing clothes. We don't have a washing machine. The host will always be available to answer questions and give tips so you can make the most of your trip! Guest access All areas of the house and common areas of the private room. The guest will have an entire house available. Other things to note Your pet is welcome here! We accept up to a maximum of two small pets or one medium-sized pet. Enjoy your stay with your pet. However, some rules must be respected. Your pet cannot climb on the sofa or beds in the house. Have disposable mats so your pet can relieve itself in the right place. When walking your pet through the common areas of the private residence, carry a bag to pick up its waste. The guest is fully responsible for any and all damage caused by him, other guests and his pet, and is responsible for paying the fee to repair the damage. Visitors are not allowed without prior permission. We charge an extra fee for extra guests who are not included in the guest information on the platform. We charge a fee for extra guests over 5 people. When you go out to the beach and on tours, make sure the lights and air-conditioning are turned off. Energy usage is calculated through a common average of the number of people X compatible KWH. If the normal KWH value for the number of people X per day is exceeded, an additional fee will be charged. Additional charges may be made if there is damage to items in the house, with the intention of repairing or replacing them. We'll send you locations and tips for tours. We do everything to make your stay peaceful, and so that you can enjoy everything in the best possible way. So remember, after you, other guests will use the accommodation to rest and have fun!
