This suite is located only 3 short blocks from trendy 17th avenue so you will have no shortage of things to do during your stay. We are located very close to the downtown core, beautiful city parks, MNP Centre & the Stampede grounds. We also offer free street parking & have no cleaning fees! Portable aircon in master bedroom. The space Our space is clean and private. A three level townhouse with two private bedrooms and a rooftop patio! The main floor consists of the entryway, one bedroom, and bathroom with washer/dryer unit. The next level has the kitchen, dining and living room area. The third level has the master bedroom, bathroom, and rooftop patio. Guest access You will arrive at the front door that contains a numbered lock and will have been given a code prior to check in. Once inside you will come into a lobby area with two doors. The door on the right will lead to your suite. Keys for the suite will be in the door for you. Other things to note The portable aircon is on the master bedroom only. There is a ceiling fan on the second level and a tower fan in the main level bedroom. •No wearing shoes in the townhouse. •Be mindful of neighbours when entering and exiting. •Please leave the place as you found it.
