Double bedroom with view of Ibirapuera Park

Double bedroom (one bed), with private bathroom (not ensuite, but the use of the bathroom is exclusive) very well located. Between Ibirapuera park and Brigadeiro / Avenida Paulista subway (10 min walk from each). Wide access to public transport, bike lanes, tourist attractions, markets, shopping malls, restaurants, companies and shops. Everybody is welcome, as long as they like cats, as we have 2 who "own" the house. Guest access Bedroom with one double bed. Toilet with shower/sink for exclusive use (across the hall), kitchen (you can cook if you wish), dining room During your stay English speaking house. I'm working from home, during the week business hours I cannot give much attention to guests, but in the evenings/weekends I can give tips on places, what to do, how to get around, whatever you need. Other things to note Common spaces shared with me, my husband and 2 cats; We do not accept pets, because one of my cats is antissocial with other pets; There is a quiet policy from 10 pm to 8 am from Monday to Saturday and 24 hours on Sunday, since it is a building.
