2-story home located on a corner lot in a culdesac, free street parking directly in front and along the side of the home, well lit entryway, close to restaurants, mall and casino. The space My home is located in a safe and quiet neighborhood on a corner lot of a culdesac. I am approximately 6 minutes from Bally’s Casino, 5 minutes from FireFly Festival and DSU, 6 minutes from Bayhealth Kent Campus, 30 minutes from Bayhealth Sussex Campus and 45 minutes from Delaware beaches and boardwalk. Guest access Guests are free to use the kitchen, family room and laundry area. Guests must provide their own laundry detergent and limit their wash to no more than 3 times per week. During your stay I am very sociable and encourage guests to feel free to spend time in the living areas. I welcome all questions via in person, phone call or text message. Other things to note I have 2 rooms listed on Airbnb and 1 1/2 bathrooms for guests to use. If another guest books the other room during your stay, the bathrooms will be shared with the other guest.
