If you need to check-in after mid-night, please let us know in advance. Check-out time is from 7am to noon. Again, should you need check-out earlier than 7am, please inform our reception in advance. Can I early check-in? Our standard check-in time is 2pm. The earliest we can allow you to check-in is at noon and subject to availability only. However, if you arrive earlier, please feel free to leave your luggage, use our bathroom or spend time exploring around the area. Extra charges might be applied should you insist getting the room earlier than noon. How late can I check-out? Our standard check-out time is at noon. Late check out can be allowed not later than 2pm and subject to our occupancy. Please feel free to leave your luggage after you have checked out. Check-out later than 2pm will be charged as a night stay. Do you offer towels / soap / shampoo? We offer free towels to all our guest. Upon check-in you will also get a set of toothbrush and toothpaste. Soap and shampoos available for free in all bathrooms. How much do you take as a deposit upon check-in? We collection 500 Baht or equivalent as a security deposit. The deposit will be used to cover any additional expenses that incurred during your stay that are not included in the room rate, such as key card deposit, laundry services, additional amenities, or any damages to the property. Deposit shall be returned to you in full should there be no such incident upon check-out. What are the payment options accepted at the hostel? We only accept cash in local currency at the property. Are your room air-conditioned? All our rooms are air-conditioned. However, in a shared dormitory the air-condition will operate from 8pm to 8am and from 2pm to 4pm. Is it safe to stay in a hostel? Our hostel employs various measures to protect our guests and their belongings. These measures include surveillance cameras in common areas and secure key card access to guest rooms. Additionally, we provide personal safe box and luggage storage to store your valuables. We are trained to handle emergencies and follow established protocols to ensure the safety and well-being of our guests. We strive our best to create a secure and comfortable environment for you to enjoy your stay with peace of mind. Do you provide breakfast? No, we do not offer breakfast. However, you can find the 24 hours operated convenient store (7-Eleven) that offers variety of food selections, snacks, and drinks right next to our hostel. Do you provide airport transfer? We do not provide transfers from/to our hostel. However, travelling to/from any other major terminals can be easily accessed from the train station just few steps from our property. How to get to your hostel? There are different ways to get to Episode 11 Hostel. We are located on the corner of Sukhumvit Soi 11 – right next to 7 Eleven. You can also reach use by using Sky Train (BTS). We are located near Exit 3 of Nana Station. Is there a free Wi-Fi available? Free Wi-Fi is available across our property. Is there parking available? There’s not parking available at the property. You can however find a good parking space around the area. Terminal 21 Asok offers 3-hours free parking during the day and a fee for overnight parking. Terminal 21 Asok is a 7-minutes’ walk to Episode 11 Hostel. Can I specific the bunk bed, lower or upper? Subject to availability, you may request the bunk bed with your booking. Can you assist with booking tours or activities? You may contact our reception for more details on booking tours and activities. What is the cancellation policy? All our bookings are non-refundable, but this may vary from different booking channels. Certain channels allow you to pay a premium to allow free cancellation. Is there a laundry service available? Coin-operated laundry machine is available 24/7 at the property. You may also request iron service from our housekeeping.
