Luxury meets minimalism in a haven for two. Tucked on the pool level of a luxury condo, this sleek 70 sq.m. studio celebrates minimalism, allowing its stunning surroundings to take center stage. Despite its compact size, the interior feels bright and airy thanks to strategic design choices like an open layout, floor-to-ceiling mirrors, and a palette of white and beige that reflects light and creates a sense of spaciousness. The space The living area serves as both a lounge and bedroom, while the kitchen is separated by a partition that also functions as a dining table. This layout highlights the space’s interconnectedness and is furnished with modern, clean-lined pieces that blend style with comfort. The main attraction of the studio is its connection to the outdoors. The front wall of the apartment is replaced by full-height sliding glass doors that open directly onto the swimming pool. Since the pool area is communal, the glass doors are lined with curtains, offering the option of privacy. When the curtains are drawn back, the boundary between inside and outside disappears, revealing a seamless view from the turquoise waters of the pool to the deep blue of the Saronic Gulf. At night, the scene transforms into an enchanting expanse dotted with the lights of distant ships and stars. Other things to note This luxurious studio also includes impressive amenities, such as an 82” smart TV, extra guest space, family-friendly equipment, and a poolside dining setting, making it a perfect retreat for two. We remind our guests that a safety deposit will be collected as well upon their arrival which is fully refundable after their departure.
