We chose our house for its perfect location, a serene escape from the city's constant noise. It's situated near to a special sandy beach (8~10 min walk) with a coffee shop that's open all day and all night, giving us the unique opportunity to swim whenever we want. Our favorite part is the peaceful, natural environment. We're far 20 min by inDrive taxi, from the city center, which stays loud and busy with parties until the early morning hours. Here, we've found a truly quiet sanctuary where we can unwind and recharge. Guest access Please Note: Ground Floor Access (Slightly Elevated for Rain Protection) To help you plan your arrival, please note the layout of our building: ​Access: This apartment is located on the ground level of our original building. ​The Entrance Steps: While it is on the ground floor, the entrance is slightly elevated by just one and a half steps. We designed it this way specifically to act as a protective barrier, ensuring no rainwater can get inside during wet weather and keeping the apartment perfectly dry and cozy. ​Elevator & Stairs: There is no elevator access in this wing, but with only these couple of small steps at the entrance, it is still a very easy walk-in. ​Mobility: This remains our most convenient and accessible option for guests with luggage, strollers, or those who prefer to avoid climbing flights of stairs! You have access to all contents and space of the apartment. and the roof top to witness the sea sunrises, and city sunset.
