Other things to note • Maximum occupancy is 3 guests. • Check-in from 3:00 PM, check-out by 12:00 PM • Property is set on a hillside with stairs and steep streets, may not be suitable for guests with mobility challenges • Cerro Alegre is a lively neighborhood, some street noise possible on weekends • Smoking is not permitted indoors, including on the balcony • Pets are not allowed • No elevator on site • Parking is not available on-site, paid public lots nearby • Breakfast hours may be limited on Sundays • The property is part of a boutique house, so common areas are shared with other guests • Quiet hours apply after 10:00 PM out of respect for other guests • Property is set on a hillside in a UNESCO heritage neighborhood — steep cobbled streets, stairs, and uneven surfaces are part of the experience. Comfortable shoes recommended. • Foreign visitors paying with a non-Chilean passport and presenting Customs Form, are exempt from the 19% IVA tax. For Chilean guests, you'll be charged the 19% IVA tax at Check in time • We use Airbnb’s Multi Listing feature, which allows similar units to be advertised under one listing. Your room layout may vary slightly, but the square footage, decor, amenities, and sleeping arrangements will be the same. • This is a historic building and while newly refurbished, the walls are on the thinner side. As such, we ask guests to be mindful of noise levels. Loud music is not permitted at any time and quiet hours are enforced. • Some pests are endemic to our area. We have regular preventative pest control, but it's possible that a critter might sneak inside. Please help us keep them out by keeping windows & doors closed. • Shortened stays and early departures aren't refundable once your reservation is confirmed.
