Additional fee: R$ 100 for the entire stay. • The pet owner is responsible for cleaning up after their pet and maintaining hygiene in all areas of the house. • Please take care of the furniture, bed and bath linens, utensils, and all property items, which are provided for your comfort. Any damage, loss, or missing items will be charged at check-out. • The property must be returned in good condition and clean at the end of the stay. • We ask guests to use electricity and water responsibly, turning off air conditioners, TVs, and lights when not in use or when leaving the house. • The air conditioners are modern and efficient, cooling rooms in just a few minutes. Leaving them on unnecessarily causes wear and tear, increases energy consumption, and contributes to global warming. • We appreciate your cooperation in making conscious and sustainable use of resources. • Unregistered guests are not allowed to stay overnight, even if they are family members.
