Barbecues or grilling are not allowed. The villa is designed to offer a quiet stay, so it is requested to keep the volume low and avoid noise after 10:00 pm. Room and bathroom layout: All bedrooms and full bathrooms are on the second and third levels, so climbing stairs is necessary. Cleaning conditions: The villa is delivered completely clean upon arrival. Daily cleaning is not included, but can be arranged for an additional fee. For stays longer than 7 days, cleaning will be carried out by the staff every three (3) days at no extra cost. Towels: Towels are provided for use at the pool. Inventory and responsibility: At check-in, a detailed inventory of the furniture and items available in the villa will be provided, along with their respective values. In the event of damage to the accommodation, condominium or any item, a charge will be applied according to the prices established in the inventory or according to the nature of the damage caused.
