Relax at the LAVENDER LOFT on peaceful Dewey Lake!

The LAVENDER LOFT IS A NEWLY REMODLED MODERN COTTAGE tucked away down a private drive. Relax and enjoy the sounds of Dewey Lake from the lovely front deck, as well as a private beach area nearby! Our home is located in the Sister Lakes area, on all-sports, 174 acre Dewey Lake. There is a large lawn on the side and parking in the back for a few cars. Rafts and games are here for you. Minimum age to rent is 25. There is a 3-night minimum for the summer months of June - August. The space Our home has one master bedroom and a loft bedroom. The downstairs bedroom has a king size bed and the loft bedroom has a queen bed and an alcove for a cot. There is also an air mattress which can be set up in the loft area, and a portable crib for infants. The loft area also has a half bathroom, and a desk. Basic cable tv, WiFi and board games are available. Our kitchen has new appliances, and is stocked with dishes, pots, pans, and utensils. The master bathroom has a washer and dryer, and is newly remodeled! Guest access The Lavender Loft is tucked away at the very end of the street! There is a wooded area to your right. When you arrive, there is room to park several cars behind the garage. (The garage is no access). Our home has a lake view from the front deck; however no lake access. There is a private beach for your use on Huckleberry...a few minutes drive away, as well as a public boat slip at the end of Huckleberry Street. Other things to note You must be at least 30 years old to rent the Lavender Loft. Maximum of 4 people to sleep comfortably.
