Villa Fransen is located among the many attractions the area has to offer. Only 15 min to the closest beaches, it's positioned to help you make the most of your visit. The fully airconditioned house is completely furnished with all the necessities of home to help you relax after a full day of site seeing and adventure. The space Pura Vida! Welcome to traditional, simple living, Costa Rica style. This new home allows the space to freely move about without getting claustrophobia. After a long day of horseback riding and zip lining, it's a great space to come 'home' to and relax. While enjoying your stay, you can also feel safe and secure. The property is surrounded with an enclosed wall with its only entrance being an electrical gate that you have easy control of. We also have 4 security cameras that monitor the exterior of the home. One in the south yard that monitors the gate. One that covers the backside of the Villa and two on the front porch. One covers the north yard and the other covers the front door. While maintaining a vigil watch of the grounds, we are considerate of your privacy and ensure that the camera angles don’t penetrate the interior of the Villa. Guest access The whole villa is available for your use as well as a couple of beach chairs and some snorkeling gear.With plenty of beautiful beaches within short distances, they will certainly come in handy. Parking is available on site along with laundry facilities. Other things to note Villa Fransen offers a variety of tours, activities and chef services on site. While the villa isn't completely in the wild, there is still nature to be found and heard. Caution and preparation is encouraged for wherever you may travel while in country. Certain times of the year are more popular for mosquitos so repellents might be a good idea. There is also a populace of mono's (monkey's) in the area that can be quite vocal, which may seem ominous but you shouldn't be alarmed. We do treat the grounds for other obnoxious critters but bear in mind that some of them are more resilient and can make an appearance. Just be cautious where you step.
