The space The Lodge is located on a property of 3 hectares of native oak forest, with an estuary that crosses the countryside and with more than 100 meters of river beach shore. Built 100% in native woods and with high insulation and construction quality. The Lodge has 140m2 built, distributed on two double-height floors. A double room on the first floor and on the 2nd floor an open 35m2 space with 3 beds and a futon. A spacious 12m2 bathroom with separate toilet and large shower overlooking the trees for 2 people. Large covered terrace and a drying rack to leave wet clothes and shoes. Guest access Access by a paved road for 15 km and only 5 km of gravel. Great access from Lonquimay. From the Lodge there is good access to the Corralco and Arenales ski centers. Possibility of touring the area from Lonquimay with access to the Lacustre sector of Icalma and Galletué. Parking meters from the house for 2 cars. Other things to note The Lodge is heated with a slow wood-burning stove. A bag of firewood is provided for 3 loads. Extra firewood has an additional value of $7,000 per bag for 3 loads. The Hot Tub is paid separately per person at a cost of $8,000 per person and with a minimum of 4 people or $32,000. We welcome small pets that sleep in their own bed. Towels and sheets are provided on the beds. The beds have down and good quality 380 thread count sheets.
