Superior House with 2 bedrooms, living room and full bathroom. Washer and tank available. Ample leisure area with mini field, pool, pool, wifi and playground. A comfortable environment and a beautiful landscape for you and your family to enjoy good times. The space By renting our space, guests can enjoy the entire structure of the Farmhouse. Our space is large and open, which on hot days becomes a great attraction... Nothing like enjoying the pool at night and chatting while appreciating nature and the incredible sunset that is seen there. The wood-burning stove is another point that draws a lot of attention, after all, who doesn't like authentic country food? And so you don't run the risk of being caught unprepared, we make all the utensils, pots and kitchen accessories available to our guests. Our space is even better and more complete, because in addition to having a wide range of leisure options, it has 30mb Wi-Fi (fiber optic). Our farm was "created" for our large family's moments, but over time we started to rent the space, which allowed us to meet wonderful people and make even more improvements there. Bed and bath linens are available upon request. Guest access The Chácara will be entirely at the disposal of our guests for the leased period. Our neighbors are wonderful people, so we ask that you be careful and respectful with them and their spaces, so we can maintain excellent relations with everyone. Other things to note We ask that you be aware of the "House Rules" in order to avoid inconveniences during special moments such as those we wish you to experience at Chácara Raio de Luz. We will be available to assist with any questions and help you may have. Ground Rules: - Law of Silence from 10 p.m. to 7 a.m. - The Chácara must be "returned" to the owner with garbage properly collected, dishes and utensils washed, and properly organized. - When bringing pets, make sure they do not damage furniture and belongings in the space. - If you break or damage any item, let us know. - Do not glue or attach posters and decorations to the walls. - When leaving the place, be sure to close all faucets and turn off the lights. - Take care of the space as if you were taking care of your home.
