We have a house in the best location in São Paulo, close to Ibiraquera Park and only 1 km from Av. Paulista, next to excellent restaurants, including 24-hour ones, next to a pharmacy and supermarkets and subways. In addition, the house has incredible energy and is well lit, we offer books in English and Portuguese and we love to meet new cultures. I hope you enjoy it and treat our home as your own! The space What makes our environment unique is the fact that we are located on a small street with only houses, we exchange the sounds of horns for the sounds of birds, something rare in São Paulo. It is located in Jardim Paulista, a neighborhood we chose to live in and which, not by chance, is among the top 3 in the city. It's perfect when the goal is to be well centralized for business, shopping and tourist options and to enjoy the city as a good São Paulo native. Guest access Guests are welcome to use the living room and kitchen, including the TV, refrigerator, stove, and household utensils.
