Self-contained, it has everything you need: kitchen, bathroom, sofa-bed, Wi-Fi, a great desk/working space, stereo, Smart TV, even a few books if you forgot to bring one! 2-mins walk to (basic) shops and restaurants, and connection to Transmilenio. * Internet: Fiber optic 120Mbps The space We have a spacious rooftop with bean bags, a table and a sofa that you’re most welcome to use. It’s a great place to work or relax in sunny days! The place also has a designated laundry area, the only condition is to keep it clean and tidy and to top up supplies like soap as needed. Guest access We have an amazing rooftop where you can chill and have a drink in a sunny afternoon. Other things to note You will find some fruit, tea/coffee and eggs ready for your to prepare your breakfast the first day, but if there's anything in particular you're craving, let me know and I'll try my best! Additional Cleaning Days will be added for stays longer than a week at guest’s cost. Please note the apartment is on the third floor, no lift. Lastly, while this is your home during your stay, please be mindful of noise levels and use of alcohol. You’re welcome to use all common areas, but please make sure you leave them in great condition.
