Other things to note 1. A playful and affectionate puppy, Bono, also lives in the house. 2. The house is a 10- to 15-minute walk from downtown and the central beach. Walking at night in Pipa is considered quite safe, but a certain attention and care for your belongings is always advisable. Everyone in the house respects the space, comfort, and tranquility of others. We listen to music at low volume, keep the kitchen and common spaces clean and organized, and observe quiet hours (11 p.m. to 8 a.m.).
