1930's Hollywood Charm - 1 Bedroom & Den & Garden

Old world 1930's Hollywood Charm - ground floor garden apartment that rests right on the west end of Hollywood, centrally located to freeways, Museums, Theaters, and Major Film & TV Studios. This lovely spacious 1 bedroom, 1 bath, plus a Den/Workspace/Media Room - feels more like a small house than an apartment. There is also a beautiful 40 foot wide garden with seating area and a separate outdoor dinning area that seats up to six people. The apartment and garden have a very peaceful vibe. The space The interior of this Apartment has hardwood flooring throughout and is tastefully decorated in a contemporary aesthetic. There is a separate laundry room with a washer and dryer in the apt just off the kitchen. The kitchen is well stocked with a variety of pots and pans and utensils. The bedroom has a walk-in closet with shelves and drawers. In the hallway is a coat closet and also a linen closet with sheets, towels, and extra blankets. If you're traveling with and infant there is also a pac-n-play available. There is also a full size sofa in the Den (Not a sofa Bed) if you have a third person, teenager or other. The apartment has wi-fi and a 43' smart TV with Netflix, Hulu, and more. There is air-conditioning in every room, but you rarely need it as this unit has great cross ventilation. The front door and kitchen door have security gates which allows you to keep the doors open as long as you like to enjoy the natural air and breeze. There are two main grocery stores in each direction, one is only a block away and the other is about three blocks from the house. There's a Trader Joe's within walking distance at four blocks from the house - and plenty of good restaurants within walking distance. In this location you only have to wait about 1 - 3 minutes for an Uber or Lyft ride, which I use all the time. And Downtown L.A is just about 15 minutes away. You are also only 5 blocks from the nearest Metro Rail station. There is street parking only but no permits are needed. If you would like to experience having a private chef to make you meals to snack on or for small dinner parties I can recommend someone really great. Although I do not want a lot of wild parties going on, dinner parties and small get-togethers are fine. Any larger parties we would need to discuss before hand and may incur an extra fee if agreed to. I'm only accepting people for a minimum of 30 night stay or longer - no short term stays at this time. I will consider a slightly shorter than 1 month stay depending on the circumstances to be discussed in advance. I will still be updating pictures in the next few days...
