An extra guest fee of $20 per person, per night will apply for all guest over 10 , up to the 16-person maximum. Tile floor throughout home and pool take care, wet floors will be slippery when wet. USED EXTERME CAUTION Keep Beach gate closed at all times, as many stray dogs can enter property. Private Pool: Private pool with built in lounge area and kid’s pool area ▪︎outdoor shower to rinse of sand and sunscreen before entering ▪︎No lifeguard Optional Caretaker Services: Caretakers live on site and offer cooking and clean up after meals. not included in rental fee. $25 per day, paid directly to them. at time of request. food not included.
