The space Our house offers a rustic and authentic experience on Ilha Grande. It is a family space, simple and focused on the essentials for those seeking peace and quiet. ​THE PLACE: • Bedrooms: The house has three bedrooms with double beds, equipped with fans for your comfort. • Accommodation: In addition to the bedrooms, there is a single bed located in an area between the living room and the kitchen, positioned next to a window for natural air circulation. • Kitchen: Equipped with a refrigerator, stove, water filter (combined with the faucet) and basic utensils (pots, dishes and cutlery). Note: We do not have a microwave, Airfryer or food. • Outdoor Leisure: Private backyard surrounded by screen, ensuring safety and great ventilation. It has a barbecue and a refreshing shower available at any time. • Attention: We provide sheets, soap and toilet paper, but we DO NOT provide bath towels. Please bring your own. ​PRIVACY: An additional room of the house remains closed for support use, without any impact on your stay or the exclusivity of your access to the rest of the property. Guest access You will have exclusive access to the entire house and outdoor area, including: • Living room, bathroom and the three bedrooms prepared for your stay. • Environment with integrated single bed. • Kitchen equipped with utensils for preparing your meals. • Fenced and well-ventilated backyard with barbecue and shower. ​The house will be entirely yours during the reservation, guaranteeing exclusive use of the property. Only the support room mentioned above will remain locked, without any circulation of other people in the property. Other things to note Access and Location: To ensure a more private stay and a view of the greenery, the house is located on an elevated spot. Access from the dock to the house takes about 5 minutes and involves a climb with steps. ​Luggage Tip: We suggest the use of backpacks or handbags so that your 5-minute journey is more practical and comfortable, avoiding the effort of carrying very heavy wheeled bags up the steps. ​Additional Information: • As we are on the island and close to nature, remember to bring your repellent. • We recommend bringing your consumables (food and beverages) to prepare in the kitchen or enjoy the restaurants of Araçatiba. • We do not provide bath towels.
