Kelly’s farm has horses, goats, chickens, gardens, fruit and nut trees with views of Mt. Ashland’s seven-thousand feet high profile in its front and bucolic rolling hills in its back. Bring your dog! You have access to a large fenced in yard right from your private entrance and deck. ***Unfortunately we are not set up for children under 4 or kitty cats. *** The Owl’s Nest is spacious and clean for comfort and ease.--- First , we follow Airbnb's enhanced guidelines of cleaning and disinfecting for your safety. Our mattress and pillows all have a dust mite proof encasing for extra protection. *** however, we are not set up for children under 4 *** The Owl’s Nest is large with full panel windows with views of grazing animals in the field, gardens, and mountains. The suite is 90% detached from the rest of the home so it is private and quiet. There is a queen size memory foam bed, twin bed sleeping couch, new tiled bathroom with shower and a kitchenette. A kitchenette is not a full size kitchen. ** bbq grill and electric burner available upon request*** It’s your time to relax. A flat screen tv is provided with Netflix and other options. If you wish, step out at night and go star gazing. You can engage with us(hosts) or have complete privacy. You’ll find it for you. Your space and views will be a lasting experience and well worth the money. Guest will have a nice private access to their suite and deck. Sit back in the lounge chairs and relax with the views. **A bbq grill and /or electric burner are available upon request. ** If you bring your dog(s), you’ll have direct access to a large fenced in yard from the entrance to your suite. There is a pet waiver to sign and a $10.00 a day fee per dog. Unfortunately we are not set up to take cats. Kelly and Chace are here to help with questions, transportation, recommendations of things to do, and inquiries of our four legged farm friends. Please ask us to introduce you to them. Quiet with sweeping country views yet close to Ashland. Getting around has never been easier. We are only 4 miles from Ashland, 2 miles from Talent, and 15 miles from Medford. We can provide prearranged transportation to and from the airport. We can take you to town and back. Make arrangements with Kelly if you need help. We are not set up for cats or children under 4. There is a $10.00 a day fee per dog and a waiver to sign at the Owl’s Nest. Ask us about a potty break for your dog(s) if you are away! We are a smoke free environment inside the house. There is an additional fee for a third and fourth adult. No extra fee for children between the ages of 5 and 18. Tea, hot chocolate and freshly ground organic coffee with creamers provided.
