Separate entrances on the west and east side of the house lead to the apartments on the ground floor or upstairs. If you want to rent the whole house, the key for the connecting door between the apartments can be provided. You can park your car in the carport (charging option for a fee), for the bikes there is a lockable bike room - with sockets for e-bikes. However, you can also rent bicycles directly from us. In the common area, washing machine and dryer (extra charge) are available. As well as a clothes spider, an iron with ironing board, loungers and additional chairs for the open space. The outdoor facilities around the house are finished, the grass and the flower meadow grow and thrive. In the garden you can stay either in the area behind or next to the house. Comfortable garden furniture and loungers are provided. At the seating area at the outdoor seating in the east, you can start your day with breakfast. The veranda at the outdoor seating area of the shed invites you to enjoy the evening sun. Shopping can be found either in Dietfurt about 3.5 km away, or in Beilngries, which you can reach in 5 km. You can maintain your connection via social media via free fast WiFi. Unfortunately, mobile reception is network dependent and limited. You can set wifi call on your phone. In the area, depending on your taste, you will find various restaurants or restaurants in which regional cuisine is often offered. Cities such as Munich, Nuremberg or Regensburg can be reached for a day trip after about an hour's drive. Please note that these are non-smoking apartments and pets are not allowed. When you enter the ground floor, you immediately notice the heated hallway covered with original limestones. In the bedroom, you can rest in the 200 cm x 200 cm bed with two mattresses, which has been built/carved by the builder from old beams, machined with a hatchet. The living-dining area with integrated kitchen extends over the entire house width. A floorboard flooring is laid here, which extends throughout the entire width of the room. In the living area you can watch TV from the couch or from the reading chair, listen to your brought music about the sound bar and watch the fire with heated tiled stove. This provides cozy warmth together with the wall heater. The dining area with glass display case has enough space to eat your food prepared in the fully equipped kitchen. The kitchen inventory includes a coffee machine, toaster, water and egg cooker, oven with ceramic hob, dishwasher and a fridge with freezer compartment. In the bathroom with its wide sinks and flat shower, there is also the toilet. The underfloor heating and a towel warmer ensure pleasant warmth. Hair dryer, straightener, toiletries, shower and towels are, of course, provided.
