Description

Originally built as a private library inside a classic 1940’s Roma mansion, this fully remodeled two-bedroom apartment features 15 foot high ceilings, original stained-glass windows, gorgeous cubed skylights, and mid-century modern furniture built by Mexican designers, artisans and carpenters. Plant-filled, and set in the heart of Roma Norte, this is an ideal place to chill while exploring this famous Mexico City neighborhood. The space We’ve thoughtfully mixed classic elements from the original 1940’s architecture with modern features and appliances to create a safe and comfortable place for you to call home while in Mexico City. The original mansion was sectioned off with permission from Mexico City’s heritage counsel to create a handful of quite spaces including the award-nominated Meroma restaurant whose operational activity could be felt a bit sometimes, particularly on the weekends. Guest access Private access to full apartment, including hallway, kitchen, bedrooms, and laundry. We don´t use gas in this listing. For safety reasons water heater, stove and laundry machine are all electric. Other things to note Safe-drinkable water filter installed in kitchen.
