The apartment is for max. 5 people in a central, quiet location and about 5 minutes from Lake Traunsee. You have at your disposal a separate bedroom with a king-size bed, a living-dining room with a sofa bed, a children's room with a bed and a sofa bed, a bathroom with a large shower and a washer-dryer, an additional toilet, and a cozy balcony. The property has a fully equipped kitchenette with induction stovetop, oven, fridge/freezer, Nespresso coffee machine, dishwasher, and microwave. The apartment has 3 TVs, free Wi-Fi, and Netflix. We offer the opportunity to start the day with a cozy breakfast or end it with a bottle of wine on the cozy balcony. Access to the apartment is simple and contactless via a door code, which you will receive shortly before your arrival. A free underground parking space, number 17, is available to our guests. Bicycles and stand-up paddleboards can also be rented nearby for a fee. Smoking is prohibited throughout the apartment; allowed on the balcony. You can walk to everything for your everyday needs. Bakeries, restaurants, shops, the post office, and the sights of Gmund are all within walking distance. The tram is just a few minutes' walk from the apartment. One of the most famous attractions is Orth Castle, which can be easily reached by tram or on foot (about 25 minutes). Gmunden is worth a visit in all seasons.
