The guest houses are located in forest of the most attractive area, Bomstad. The guest houses are close to everything, 300 meter to the water (lake vänern) and the finest beach, 3 kilometres to the hiking track, 4 kilometres to the high way and shopping centre, and 12 kilometres to Karlstad centre. But the guest houses are closest to the nature. It is your choice if you love nature! The space The property consists of three cottages, the family room cottage (two bunk beds), the double room cottage ( or living room cottage, a sofa bed), and the service room cottage ( kitchen, bathroom and sauna). The kitchen, bathroom, sauna, shower, washing machine and dryer, etc. are located in the service cottage, about 20 meters away from your sleeping cottage. If you mind that the bathroom is not near the bedroom, please cancel the booking now and get a 100% refund! Our cottages are located in the forest, so it is inevitable to find various insects and spiders in your surroundings. Although we will try to remove them once we find them. If you are afraid of insects and spiders or are sensitive to them, please cancel the booking now and get a 100% refund! We have a chicken coop in our yard (about 30 meters from your bed cottages), with 8 hens and a rooster. The rooster crows in the morning and the hens cry when they lay eggs. If you mind the noise, please cancel the booking now and get a 100% refund! Our cottages are not very big, only 11 and 12 square meters respectively. The service cottage is abot 15 square meters. If you mind that the room is too small, please cancel the booking now and get a 100% refund! Other things to note No party is allowed in the area and you have to be silent between 22:00 and 8:00. If you want to have parties and play loud music, please cancel the booking now and get a 100% refund! To protect the environment, guests are encouraged to bring their own sheets, pillowcases and duvet covers. If you are inconvenient to bring your own, we will provide you with the above bedding for FREE. The jacuzzi is NOT free. You can book your jacuzzi time with the owner, the cost is 300sek/hour for maximum 5 persons. Please bring your own slippers and swimsuit (normal clothes are not allowed), and please shower before using the jacuzzi.
